The house is one block away from Sonoma State University (and its Green Music  Center) and a short drive away from beautiful cities and world-renowned  sites: 7 miles to Petaluma, 20 to Sonoma, 30 to Napa, and 42 to San  Francisco. All bedrooms are on the second floor.
